LucidDB 0.9.3 release is now available

Download links are available from http://www.luciddb.org, or from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/luciddb.

The LucidDB installer still does not support automatic upgrade, so be
sure to install the new release in a new location if you already have an
old version installed. Manual upgrade procedure:

http://docs.eigenbase.org/LucidDbUpgrade

This release marks the debut of ports for Mac OS/X and 64-bit Windows.
Also, starting with this release, LucidDB requires a Java 1.6 JVM, so if
you get errors about incorrect class file format, it means you need to
upgrade from 1.5.

A new LucidDB feature in this release is the ability to include a SQL/J
deployment descriptor in a jar in order to make the functions in the jar
self-installing.  Nick has written up a doc here:

http://pub.eigenbase.org/wiki/FarragoSQLJDeploymentDescriptors

Also, for bulk load from Pentaho Data Integration, there's new support
for HTTP-based loading (replacing the old fifo-based streaming).  You
can learn more about this here:

http://pub.eigenbase.org/wiki/LucidDbPDIStreamingLoader

(Info on the new Salesforce connector will be provided by Nick Goodman
soon.)
